Hi, I’m Karen Willer. I’ve been a real estate agent for over 12 years, but my real estate journey started long before I officially joined the industry. My family’s investment group has owned and managed commercial properties across the GTA for the last 70 years, which is where my knowledge of investment-based work really took root. A truly entrepreneurial family, my parents also owned D&M Building Supplies where, while buying and selling lumber to builders and contractors, I developed the strong negotiation tactics that I use in the real estate negotiations I lead today.

Outside of work, you can find me cycling, sculpting, spending time with my family, or getting creative at Pots and Pansies

It may be cliché, but you know the feeling parents get when it’s late at night and they’re waiting for their teenage children to safely return home? That’s the same type of feeling I get with my clients–I just can’t rest until I know they’ve walked through the door of their new home.
