Hi, I’m Russell Willer. I’m the middle child of three, uncle of four, and friend of many. I’m also a cancer survivor of ten years, a dog father, an athlete, and an adventurer who’ll never turn down a game of golf or chance to explore the outdoors.

Before joining the real estate industry, I spent over 15 years gaining sales, marketing, and events management experience with companies such as Pace Consulting, Brunico, Kicking Horse, Pan Am Games, and our family company, Pots and Pansies. I’ve also worked as a custom home builder, renovating a home on Highpoint Road and adding $3.5 million in upgrades.  

The people I work with are always my main focus, no matter the job. With Outward Bound Canada, I worked with young adults struggling with addiction and helped them prepare for rehab and further reintegration into society. Using the maturity model, I got to see what people can achieve even in the darkest of times, and I carry this experience with me everywhere I go.

In my experience, listening to my clients–and I mean truly listening–leads to the greatest results. If we can get to the root of their fears and inspirations, they’ll receive service they can’t find anywhere else, guaranteed.

My combination of hands-on home improvement work and intricate sales and marketing experience put me on a natural path to becoming the Sales Representative I am today. I’m never afraid to get my hands dirty and will regularly take on odd jobs for our clients to make their experience as special and stress-free as I can.
